Does that help? A significant amount of fat in your liver but little fibrosis or inflammation are indicated.

Great result. But I think you should work on BMI value - 36 is quite high. Just in order to avoid future concern (not only liver but also heart etc.). Good luck.

These look good to me. I compared them to mine and they are similar. We are similar age and height and I have under active thyroid. I have no fibrosis but steatosis at top end of mild. If you continue to lose weight you should lose more fat from your liver. You’ve done great so far so keep it up. I’m trying too but having lost some weight I’m on a bit of a plateau but I’ve got my BMI down to 29.

Can you request the liver fast test? Does it take the place of other tests? And does it make a definite diagnosis of fatty liver vs cirrhosis ? I go see my gp on Monday and trying to get prepared on what other tests I should request (ultrasound showed fatty liver ct blood work normal)
