Update about progress with diet

Hi! My AST and ALT enzymes are elevated since October 2020 after I contracted covid. No other problems found. Fibroscan and ultrasounds all clear. I adopted a very healthy diet since November 2020.

I had a bloodwork done this week. The enzymes are still elevated approximatelly the same values they were in October.

But what changed a lot are my cholesterols. I always had values aroud 5, now it keeps at around 4 which is great. And second thing is that my vitality and energy increased a lot. I’m a runner, I run almost every day and go to local races too. I always did. I run mostly races of 10 or 20 km, occasionally I run marathon. My racing times improved since November without any extra training. I can run times I did about 15 years ago when I was around 40. I’m 53 this year.

So be this the encouragement for everyone! The healthy food is really paying off!!!!
