Hi, I’m female, 61 yrs old, 87.1 kg today’s weight and 160cm tall.

My annual medical tests showed I have severe fatty liver. I wonder what that meant?

Well, it is an indication that you should get more information from your doctor. The term fatty liver covers a wide range of conditions. None of them are really good and it is something you need to deal with but without a real diagnosis that is about all anyone can say except you don't want to wait until it makes you sick to deal with it.

Yes your comment is correct but my doctor only told me that I have to lose weight as it is at a reversible stage.

I didn’t take the condition seriously when it was ‘mild’!

That happened to a lot of us. For what it is worth, this is our approach to the diet
