Fatty liver
Hi Brina I am Ron I was told July of 2019 I have a fatty liver F-3 Fibrosis and some F-4 Cirrhosis NASH and since then I have been under care of Liver Disorders Dr. from IU Medical Center. There several degrees of Liver damage but should be look at and determined the damage of the liver and then what should be done to combat any more damage if possible, Just not doing anything is not a wise solution, you only have 1 liver. I have been on a low carb diet for 18 mos. with exercise and I have lost 80lbs and by eating only 30 carbs a day and keeping up with my exercise I have been able to curb my damage and that is a definite plus. So if you would like to know anymore bout my fight, give me a shout. Ron
Hi Brina
Everyone is different, but generally liver associated pain is more constant and not overly affected by twisting the wrong way. That sounds more like nerve pressure from the spine. Most people describe liver discomfort as being under the ribs on the right side.
