MELD and HE

I would like to inform everybody but I am sure most of you know, That HE attacks are NOT reflected on your MELD. The reason I bring this up is I have a friend in the same boat as me who had a bad HE attack (Level 2) and he was confused because his meld was only 13. HE is separate and is measured by severity 1 through 4. Four is a coma three is arousable but not able to complete functions. And so on. However according to studies I have read one you have a three-level attack they will keep coming. A four-level attack you survivability is degraded massively.
