good day friends, i have diagnosed stage 3 fibrosis several months ago with an ALT of 134, last week i came back to lab for a blood test and surprisingly with the help of my full time diet and exercise my ALT droped to 56, but i dont have any idea about mi fibrosis, was this mean my fibrosis also reduced?

Well done!!!!! You mentioned diet and exercise. Just wondering if this meant a big change for you.

Hi Brian, Congrats on lowering your enzymes! The fibrosis, if it does get better, usually takes a long time. By getting rid of the root cause or inflammation reduction, there is hope of reducing fibrosis though!
