I started using safflower oil and 6 mths after I was diagnosed with fatty liver.I stop using the safflower tablets. I repeated the blood test 3 times and it is coming down from 154 to 100 alt . Did this happen to any one?How long does it take to be normal!

Safflower is a useful oil but that is not enough information to be able to tell you anything. Managing liver disease through diet is a life long thing and we are all different. In my case it took two years to stabilize my situation with an aggressive change of diet. Everything you eat is part of the question not just a piece like safflower
