Gaia Liver Cleanse and red Clover for function. Barlean's Fish oil and Soy Lecthin to help break down fats.you can also take turmeric but I prefer to eat it in warm food along with black pepper to activate it. I also drink Tumeric or dandelion tea. No supplements with added iron! Make sure ALL food you eat doesn't have added iron.i drink tea or coffee with meals to reduce uptake iron from food I eat. Hope this helps you be successful in controlling/reversing liver issue.
