Hi everyone, I'm not new to the site, but just been told to sort out my fatty liver asap! I have lots of autoimmune issues, but liver enzymes going up and up every month at Rheumatology and a ultrasound showed things are not great with the liver 🤕

Told to lose weight quickly and pronto! But then sent me off to get on with it with no advice on what I should eat, I have t2 so can't go too low carb, and my meds cause most of the weight gain, any advice greatly appreciated without having to starve lol x

I have autoimmune issues also. ITP, hypothyroidism, now alpha1 antitrypsin deficiency, fatty liver. Told to lose weight, then put on prednisone and rituxan treatments gained 35 lbs in 3 months. I started riding my exercise bike 3 times daily for 30 mins each time

in January, eating better. Lost 65 lbs so far. Good luck
