This was in the news papers recently and I think it’s states the obvious by limiting when we eat and how much but it encourages fasting and a healthier lifestyle then that’s fine with me.

I am looking for low carb food. From my research I have decided not to go for NHS, UK eat Well plate. As part of a course I looked at the world'c food plate.
