Thank you Subtle. I enjoy fasting and have done 5-2 and found it motivating. I hadn't thought about 4-3 which is in effect cutting calories down every other day. I can do that. I will report back as to how I go on. I think fasting concentrates your mind. It's a challenge and I love a challenge. Good luck to anyone who tries it. 💋

Would it not be nice if journalists were informed?I fast from about 13:30 to 09:30 - and Intermittent fasting is not "just missing breakfast".
Eating 500 calories is not fasting.
I used to think 500 calories is not fasting, but after reflecting on Catholic practices of fasting, and consulting the dictionary, I know think that it can indeed be described as fasting.

But she makes a critical mistake; snacking on carbs (tapioca balls FFS), will make keeping to a low calorie count much harder.
