I agree with him about 5:2 - but does it work for you? You could do 20:4 five days and a 44 hour fast for the other two?

He recommends keto with IF, but I find Low-Carbohydrate, High-Fat (LCHF) or medium carbs and fat work fine.

Low carb and fasts of 18-24 hrs suits me fine. I wouldn't want to lose anymore body fat though as it affects my immune system and ability to train.
