Would the protein fasting be like if someone had done very low carb. dieting?

Bit of a different ratio of macros from LCHF it would need to be.

I tried mocking up a day's meal plan and it looked like coconut oil coffees with smashed avocado on 1 slice of wholemeal toast at 2 meals of a day. Its hard to find low enough protein veg to fill up on!

Ah. So, if a person eats low carb. and low protein, then how do they keep from becoming hypoglycemic if they're diabetic?

What's the point of it?

It's apparently a quicker way into autophagy than LCHF with IF.

And with less of the dangers of too much protein that Hidden points out.

I think I'll risk the dangers and carry on at around 1g per kg bodyweight or a bit more - I like my meat!

Hi Stoozie

Just checking in as I sometimes Baby sit my Grand Children .Back to Fasting currently I in this Programme still I believe in my infancy ,started in May and today was my second Day reaching the Golden hour of 18hrs fast with reaching Autophagy.”Dave Asprey a Biohacker Author suggests limiting as you’ve already stated ,I’ve found it satisfying and when in a small portion 15mg “one experiences a better reduction in inflammation and also not enough causes muscle loss so one needs to gauge to themselves how each of us see results “Dave also states have protein 2twice weekly to cleanse your inner cells /ie recycling cells process with excreting toxins those that lurk in our cells cytoplasm ,the gel-like substance enclosed within the cell membrane “ It’s like taking your car to the car wash and having it deep cleaned. Have a look at what happens if we pursue also Protein Deficient ,it’s balancing How much the body needs and what you are doing is effectively the best way and the amount of protein. X
