Thanks Jerry. Don't know if I'll ever get to 16/8 . I finish work late and am hungry... so need to eat . Being vegan, I wont be going for low carb, hi fat however I am trying to eat later in the morning - even waiting till lunch. Thanks for the post. Appreciated.
Thanks Jerry I was also thinking of putting together an infographic helping people choose the best fasting method for them, like a simple flowchart (ie if you take medications first thing in the morning, a skipping breakfast protocol may not work for you, type of tool).

Hi Run4toffee this is an excellent question and 'fat adapted' is a metabolic state where stored fat is being burned.

Thankyou, this is a good article but probably need to read more as a little confused at the difference between fat adapted and ketosis ...what would happen if I went out for a meal and drank alcohol once in a while ? Would this take me back to sugar burning ? Definitely more research on my part needed ππ
