Hi everyone I’d like to know how I go about fasting? Looks to be a good way of losing weight and getting healthy. Could anyone tell me where to start? When can I eat/fast etc. Thank you 🙂

Welcome I'd try starting gently, so an eating to fasting ratio of 12:12 (12 hrs eating, 12 hrs fasting). So if you finish your evening meal at 8pm, just have black tea/coffee/water til 8 am. Then after a few days, just gradually add an hour to your fasting window.

You can eat early or late - whatever fits into your schedule.
Do you eat or snack in the evening?
You can start by setting a time in the evening after which you do not eat, or a time when you eat breakfast... and gradually narrow the "eating window".
Don't be too masochistic about it - it might take weeks or even months.
IF works well in combination with the Low Carbohydrate Low Fat diet... as per the Low-Carbohydrate High-Fat forum here on Health Unlocked.
I found I was able to lose weight without counting calories - but see how much weight you lose and adapt your intake accordingly.
It also helps if you can exercise... again... do not be too masochistic about it.

I'd be mindful of what you eat when you do eat so that your body is well nourished.
And I agree that 12:12 would be a great starting point and then you can increase it gradually and find what works for you.
