There is a lot of “chat”... but they say that fasting just 13 hours a day reduces recurrence of cancer by 70% - and that five-day water fasts every month are more potent thank Chemotherapy!

Thanks S11m !! Very interesting... I will try to look for some of the studies they mentioned later today.
A few of the studies I saw before fasting for chemo were from Valter Longo (the researcher they mentioned on the video), those mostly showed that fasting before chemo could potentially improve the efficacy of chemo. I never saw anything about being 'more potent than chemo' as she mentioned. E.g. cell.com/cancer-cell/fullte...
As someone who went through it (cancer), I have an aversion to the words 'cure' and 'more potent than treatment' near it. At this point, I think everyone interested in fasting should do it on top of all medically recommended treatment, not as a replacement.
Yes... Fasting can replace treatment... when insulin is "the treatment"(subject to medical supervision and monitoring).
Not long ago claiming to be able to "cure" cancer was effectively a criminal offence - and rightly so - because some cancer sufferers would pay a great deal of money for anything that might work.
I have been fortunate, so far, to avoid cancer... but my late wife (and my mother's three sisters) succumbed to it.
I am hoping that regular fasting will reduce my chances of getting cancer.
