Movicol dosage?

I’ve had severe constipation since my c-section 7th October where i could only go if taking a glycerin suppository first. I started movicol 4 days ago, 2 days ago nothing had happened but really needed to go so did a suppository aswel and ended up with a huge clear out! I continued with the movicol 2 sachets a day and this morning finally for the first time in 14 weeks went to the toilet myself! It’s quite soft almost diarrhoea, then this afternoon I’ve been again, so my question is I know it’s deff not overflow diarrhoea as I had a massive clear out 2 days ago, so do I reduce to one sachet now or see how it goes?
