Help me to stop bed wetting at the age of 23

I'm 23 years and I still bed wet have tried a lot of things they never work for me. I now have a son and I still betwet. I don't know what to do my husband has tried so many things to stop it most especially waking me during the night to pee. Please guys help me I'm going crazy over the bedwet stuff.

I've read stories of people giving up gluten or dairy or both and then they stopped bedwetting. Have you ever tried that?

Would you consider wearing adult type nappy?!

What have you tried so far?

Surely some things would have had a positive impact like doing your pelvic floor exercise and cutting out caffeine/ alcohol.

I'm assuming you wear pads at night but do you also have daytime bladder weakness?

I started having daytime leaks when I was pregnant and gradually started leaking more and more at night, I never thought of it as bed wetting until recently I stopped waking in the night when I needed to pee and would normally wake up when my tena lady had leaked all over the bed.
