My kid is 5 yo and in a nappies
pampers size 6 he is tin
Did you ever try potty training or are you just keeping him in nappies for your own convenience ?
My granddaughters birth mother couldn't be bothered with potty training, sure she tryed but gave up after a week or two, and put her back in nappies.
Hi I had been potty training him 4 a year to no luck so he is in a nappy 24/7.
As long as you gave it a good try, have you been in contact with his teachers for next year to get a care plan in place at school?
It's best to tell them before hand that he is incontinent and needs to wear pads to school.
That way they need to change his nappies, if you don't tell them beforehand or just say he's not toilet trained then they will do a toilet plan forcing him to use the school toilets and making you prove your trying to toilet train at home.
It might also be a good idea to send him to school in the junior nappies for older children from Tesco rather than pampers.
Ko I will send him to school in junior nappies . but I will be keeping him in pampers at home I have a care plan 4 him 👍
I'm just saying that because when my Sophie started at her new school, despite having a line from the gp, and a care plan in place, they tryed to backtrack when they found out she was wearing drynites to school rather than an adult incontinence pad.
I think there had been a misunderstanding somewhere, and they thought because she wasn't getting nappies from the nhs that she wasn't entitled to get them changed.
I hope that sophie is ko
Yes Sophie is ok, thanks.
