Daytime wetting: My 4 year old son was toilet traind... - ERIC
Daytime wetting
Regression is common, however, you may want to rule out constipation as this can be a cause too. Ensure regular toilet sitting throughout the day and make sure that he is drinking plenty of water.
Doctors have told me hes very delayed speech learning understanding comunication he is under obs for nf1 and also has a sen plan in place at school but with the current situation im left to try n be his teacher ive not in the slightest clue wat to do im sure there are parents like me who are worried but what are we suppost to do when we have little idear on what to do to help them learn as he has very much a strugge to focus i think 2 munits is his best thats of corse when hes not watching fireman sam hes in the garden most of the time digging holes getting dirty with his diggers it seems he is better with hands on rather then talking or anything els im just consernd with him wetting through the day started again and only just haveing such little time to ajust from nursery to reception i feel he will be too far back to get thru year 1
Dont worry about learning, it is not important right now. take him to the toilet regularly, ensure he is completely emptying his bladder every time by counting to 30 when he thinks he has finished. Ensure he drinks enough water during the day and ensure that he is not backed up with poo which is common.
Put back in nappies 24/7
