Movicol types

Normally my daughter has the paediatric movicol but this time we have been given movicol-half instead. I have queried it with the surgery but am still waiting for them to call back. Does anyone else have this for their child - the ingredients look very similar but the box says not for children.

Not sure but you’re right to wait for an answer.

We wrongly got given desmopressin for daytime wetting once ( which is absolutely only for bedwetting as it stops you producing urine!!)

Mistakes happen. So wait til you know it’s right.

My daughter has movicol paediatric and oxybutynin.

Hope you got your Movicol sorted, we have been given adult Movicol before and you have to watch the salt content as it's double in the adult version. Ours was exchanged when we pointed out the mistake, I have never heard of Movicol Half, it's possible it is a low sodium version of the normal adult one?
