I have suffered with ED for many years. Even taking viagra and using a penile pump I still have problems sustaining an erection I am type2 diabetic and have AF. Anyone out there who has the same problem and can give me some advice.

I'd be curious to hear others chime in with any "recommended" non-prescription 'supplements'. It seems there are at least dozens (here in the US, anyway) of "men's health supplements" that are promoted OTC to help a man supposedly combat ED. I've tried a handful of them myself and several seemed perhaps to have helped *a little*, but none of them had an effect that was definitive and concrete enough to make me recommend them myself.
