I've been implanted with a LGX 700 almost 3 years ago and have no complaints. I had a little pain after the surgery, but once healed, it's been all good. For tons of great info check out franktalk.org; it's a forum of questions and answers related to anything having to do with ED.

I had mine fitted at UCH London about 7 years ago. I received the inflatable type that is operated via a pump that I use that was placed in my scrotum.

Whilst some of the nerves were damaged as part of the operation, it has resulted in a fully engorged head of the penis as well as my shaft.

So far my wife have found only the one position that results in me reaching orgasm, but it can result in multiple orgasms for the first time as the penis doesn’t become flaccid after ejaculation.

Compared with the preceding years where I had little hope of maintaining my erection for any meaningful time, it has been transformative for me.

I had a pump installed seven years ago. Overall, I am very pleased. My robotic radical prostatectomy resulted in severe damage to my erection nerves. I now know that my urologist was training a "student" on how to use the robot. It was a BIG mistake for me to sign his memo which contained a buried comment about there being a possibility that he might not be the surgeon performing the actual operation--but that is another story.

Using the device, I can pump up as hard as a rock. There is zero pain involved.

The head doesn't engorge though and that means most of the pleasurable sensations do not happen. I have had sex with a variety of women since the operation. Unless I tell them about it, they don't notice that I am coming at them with a bionic weapon. They orgasm as usual. Unfortunately, I can't orgasm in them due to the lack of engorgement. They are able to finish me with a hand-job after they get their jollies though. I can also get off by using a male silicone masterbator device called a "pocket pussy". The orgasms are intense and quite pleasing. I was a Gleason 9 so anything other than a RP would likely have resulted in recurrence of the cancer. My PSA has been undetectable since the operation. I hope this helps.
