I've been implanted with a LGX 700 almost 3 years ago and have no complaints. I had a little pain after the surgery, but once healed, it's been all good. For tons of great info check out franktalk.org; it's a forum of questions and answers related to anything having to do with ED.

I had mine fitted at UCH London about 7 years ago. I received the inflatable type that is operated via a pump that I use that was placed in my scrotum.

Whilst some of the nerves were damaged as part of the operation, it has resulted in a fully engorged head of the penis as well as my shaft.

I had a pump installed seven years ago. Overall, I am very pleased. My robotic radical prostatectomy resulted in severe damage to my erection nerves. I now know that my urologist was training a "student" on how to use the robot.
