How high can I dose with trimix 27mL/1.2 mg/20 mcg trimix? Right now, need cock ring with 4 units (.4 MG/Ml). Can I get "rock hard"?

How high can I dose with trimix 27mL/1.2 mg/20 mcg trimix? This is a step up from seriously "rock hard" without ring? Ring has 30-min. limitation, of course. Vagina is tight; requires coconut oil lube. Is there a higher mixture of trimix?

Hi, yes trimix is an injection, and for me it was almost painless. I just had to get over the mental aspect of actually putting a needle THERE! My problem was, even at the lowest dosages, I wound up in the Emergency Room 3 times, the last with a 11 hour long erection (because I fell asleep with it). So you really need to watch the clock.

In my country there is "Extra Forte Trimix" w' 40mg aprostadil w' proportionately more of the other two ingredients, but even that did not get me rock hard. If it helps you and your doctor approves, there's no reason why you can't keep upping the dosage (either special preparation or 2x the dosage you mentioned if what I just mentioned still doesn't do it for you) until you reach your goal. For me, though, the aprostadil causes me too much pain even with 2x 100mg Tramadex, while 1x oxycodon (opioid) seemed to desensitize the penis to touch, so I've given up altogether on the shots.
