Has anyone tried the new Urethral gel to replace Bi/Trimix?

I RECEIVED A FLYER IN MY LAST SHIPMENT OF BIMIX ON THIS GEL WHICH IS INSERTED/INJECTED INTO THE URETHRA...RATHER THAN INJECTED INTO THE PENIS. COST IS ABOUT $100 FOR THE GEL THAT MUST BE REFRIGERATED AND YOU GET 6-12 APPLICATIONS/TUBE...SAME APPROXIMATE REFRIGERATED SHELF-LIFE. IT ONLY SEEMS TO COME IN TRIMIX,,,SO TRIMIX ACHE IS A POSSIBILITY.

ANY EXPERIENCES OUT THERE WITH THIS?

yes. Thru my local (Providence Ri) Mens Health Clinic and local compounding pharmacy. Several men in my support group have also used the gel. There is both a BiMix and a TriMix. It works to get you hard. For me (but not others) Tri gave me such pain in the perineum that all I could do was lie down, put an ice pack on my "taint" and take Advil. I could not have used that painful erection if I wanted to. Bimix just did nothing. Others had different results. Worth a try.

Interesting...good to hear some real experiences with this. I have had the Trimix reaction with injections...not fun. My pharmacy only has gel in the Trimix version. Not interested in that ache. Wish they would carry Bimix version.

I have researched and emailed several of the compounding pharmacies that state they mix their product on site etc, that advertise the trimix gel. None of them responded with the ability to mix BIMIX gel. I think the trimix gel is mostly the prostaglandin medication which causes all of us the ache. I do wish for a bimix gel, but think it is more of a myth then a reality that there is one out there. If someone truly knows of one, please share where you get it! I love the 2-3 hr sex I have with the bimix injections, but do wish I could just have the one and done sex that the gel might allow, and also, the advertisement states you can use every day, not just the 1-3 times a week like the injection.

I am 18 months post RP and having some fullness and nocturnal semi erections, but nothing that is near a true erection yet. Hoping for the full erection to return for ALL!

Please pass along information on Bimix gel if there truly is one!!!!!

I never heard of the TRIMIX gel. How would one inject it into the cock? The cock hole is so small. I have to ask my urologist

Likewise...I would much prefer the Bimix version of the gel if there is one. I am really tired of the hematomas, etc. from the injections. Same situation as you 12 months after RP with ED...and hoping it continues to improve. A little worried that the Bimix injection isn't giving the 3 hr response like it did...in fact seems not to work 50% of the time now after 8 months. Anyone else experiencea waning effect or the hit or miss response with these injectables?

I tried it once. I didn't get an erection but was able to get hard when I used a cock ring. I experienced aches and a painful erection which went away as the meds wore off. Not sure that I will try it again. I might try using it with a 10mg dose of cialis...but not sure if it's worth the painful experience.
