Two and a half years after my robotic prostatectomy (nerve sparing on left side only) and numerous discussions with my urologist that none of the pills, pumps or rubber accessories work, he prescribed Trimix. Doc gave me 5 ml in his office to teach me how to use it. There was minimal effect, but I did notice a thickness that hadn't happened before. He said use 20ml at home and I can go up to 30ml if needed but call before I go any higher. Damn it worked! I didn't realize how much I missed that full thick hard feeling that I hadn't experienced in two and half years.
The only side effect was a warm (almost burning feeling) as I felt the medicine move from one corpus cavernosum to the other. At home, I filled the syringe and let it warm up to room temperature before injecting. No side effects at all the second time so apparently temperature makes a big difference.
Now that we can raise the tent pole again there are two happy campers here now.

Be careful not to overdo it. Might want to keep some sudafed on hand just in case. Read all about it here. Talking about priapism. That would could require an embarrassing trip to the ER.
Good news that you are able to use trimix. I used bimix for 2 yrs, lasted about 2 to 3 hrs. Then started causing hard nodules. When it was apparent that erections would not return. I sought out the implant. 8 months now with implant and my wife and I love it! I did lose a bit of size, girth, but now we can enjoy sex without planning it or injection. But we still do the marathon sex that we've gotten used to while on bimix. Enjoy...
I'm using .3 now and that seems to be good. It's as hard as when I was 20 but definitely works. I think I'll go higher but doc said consult him first. He keeps warning about the 4 hour limit but it doesn't last near that long for me.
