Sleeve / sheath for ED

I am six years post RP.

Have tried Viagra/ Cialis, ved, TRIMIX.

Developed Pyronies with TRIMIX.

I have lost two inches between RP and Pyronies.

Looking for any input on a sleeve or sheath.

Any real advice appreciated

59 years old..RP last year and male sling surgery 3 months ago. taking Viagra to help with ED.. not much help from it.. and loss of penis size has been disappointing. Nurse practitioner has brought up the shots.. not going to do it.. penile implant won’t work.. penis to small for implant... So keep us informed on any info on sleeve or sheath you come across.. thanks..

Well, it is a crapshoot as to what to try. I am hoping for some other's experience, before I go throwing a lot of money around.

why no shots?? I use Trimix, simple, painless and effective every time

I was on Cialis . but got to pricy . GoodRx for sildenafil was easer to pay for. Sildenafil will get me to a morning erection ..but to keep an erection ..isn’t happening ..multiple pills of sildenafil will get me erect than it gets soft.. Yes I am happy cancer is gone but still no bladder control and not good erections and smaller penis size has me and a lot of guys frustrated...
