Since everyone reacts differently to the medicine, I would slowly increase the dosage recommended by your doctor until you find what works well for you. I personally found that .26 mg that my doctor prescribed is okay but .32 mg takes the nervous factor away.

I was told to go up to 1 ml of the medication in 0.1 ml adjustments, starting at 0.1 ml. Unfortunately, that dose hasn't worked for me.
