For the first time since RRP in Oct 2018, the 100mg Sildenafil resulted in a penetrable erection. Have tried this "challenge dose" several times in the last eight months without success, and was quite pleased. Maybe the nerves are healing? That said, I refilled my Trimix Rx today because they were running a special. It's about $2 per injection for Trimix, and the 100mg Sildenafil is about $8. Erection quality is much, much better with Trimix.

Beautiful progress! It's a wonderful feeling, a good, sustained erection. I recommend getting the Giddy device in Sept, that Darryl recently announced. FDA-approved treatment for ED. It should help!
L-Arginine and Acetyl L-Carnitine supplements also help as does insuring that you are not dehydrated.
