I had never taken medications consistently until last year (my book about aging is going to be called "Advil for Breakfast"), but now I find myself on a blood pressure drug, a blood thinner and a vasodilator, one of which precludes the use of Viagra. But I find myself getting longer, firmer and more frequent erections. They're not firm enough to exactly use, but just the fact that they're there is surprising. You would think any of these drugs would leave you limping, but who knows? I may take it up at my next doctor's appointment. He's a podiatrist, but we'll see.

from Firma Medical, battery operated, an assortment of cock rings, instructions, a video and a help line for $289.

You can also go to amazon; the ultima vacuum pump package has a manual one, also with an assortment of rings, for around $100. You don't want the kind that go in cars. I haven't used this one.

The ring assortment is a key thing -- do you know what size cock ring you take?
