Does anyone else have issues with sex while on Prozac? I mean I get and maintain an erection but it's like my interest isn't all there for it anymore I've been on it about a month or month and a half. Is their a chance this can go away? I'm afraid of changing meds cuz of all the side effects that are possible . Without the meds I can go more than once in a day . It's weird I'm 24 . What can I do ?

Talk to your doctor about a different med. There are many meds in that class available but typically most all will kill the libido.

I tried Prozac many years ago. Didn't affect erections, but it destroyed any ability to have an orgasm. Really awful stuff. I quit the drug immediately.
