People with epilepsy have the same employment rights as any other person. You should contact your local epilepsy organisation for assistance. It would seem from your post that you are not in South Africa. Please let us know where you live so that we can link you with an appropriate organisation. In the interim you can visit our website (epilepsy.org.za) and review our employment manual. Simply click on the "epilepsy information" tab and review the employment resources.
