feeling very sad and unhappy who can tell me what to do the doctor did everything but tell getting fits i am at a point were i am walk a bit i cant go in the street and say i am going for a walk mybe walk 3secd and i feel like i am going to have a fit all day in bed i cant go out just do not know what to do we myself no more coming to a point were i do not know what to do we myself no more please someone help me
