Any positive, pain free stories....?
Hi
After 2 laps within 5 months (due to mistakes of my first gynae i had to have the second one just after few months), I'm endo free and pain free. I had excision and all endo was removed 100% from the root (i even watched the lap dvd to be convinced).
Since I'm 32 years old (and all endo has been in its peak by that time) the chances for me to have endo again are the same with a woman that didnt have before
So happy days and yes believe me there are so many success stories out there, but unfortunately they dont write in these blogs.
I hope your story is or will be similar to mine very soon

Thank you jojo777! Thanks for your reply. It's so great to read a positive outcome
Just a shame that you had an incompetent Gynae to begin with, I am only at the beginning of my journey to be heard and understood but feel I have been let down already,
So very pleased for you that you are at no further risk of this debilitating disease than you would be otherwise, it's wonderful news.
Wishing you continued good health and a wonderful, comfy, cosy Christmas.

It took 17 years to finally get diagnosed! Then, my first lap in Aug 11 left me critically ill, needing second surgery, 2 hours later. 7 months later I was back on the surgeon's table.....its been a rollercoaster and one I had to go thru. Mist days are now pain free but at ovulation I do get about 4 days of bad pains. 4 days compared to all month is no contest!! Depression is tough element to battle for me.
