eating habits with endo
Hi
This site below, has all the list of foods to avoid and explanation etc, it is really useful. The endo diet is based in no gluten/wheat, no dairy, no refined sugars, no red meat, no caffeine, no soy and few more. It seems very strict but start one step at a time.
There are loads of good books in Amazon for endo diet recipes too
And be optimistic, endo is very unpredictable, the fact that you had doesnt mean that you will get again anytime soon or at all

I would second jojo777's response. Don't try to cut everything all at once otherwise you won't be able to do it. The big culprits for us seem to be wheat and dairy so start by cutting out one of these for a month to see if you notice a difference. Then move on to the next. You'll know how far you need/want to go. The main thing is to eat fresh, whole, unprocessed foods.
Good luck and let us know how you're doing.
