My GP referred me because I'm coming up to the end of.my 6 month course of zoladex and the only other thing she was offering was the coil but I want to start a family in the near future and it's a 5 year coil.

Hi, I went on a 4 week, 2 days a week course last year, it was a group course and I suppose the aim was really to reduce the meds we were on and to get us 'moving' again.... a physio, psycologist and a consulant in pain management ran the course. I was referred by my doctor to the hospital regarding my pain, then that consultant referred me to a different hospital to be considered for the course... work allowed my paid time off in the hope that it could better my attendance at work - which it has done as in the last 12 months I only had 2 days off in the last few weeks.
