Does anyone else feel tightness around their ribs and pain/ discomfort in the kidney area. ?

I have terrible pain in my back on the lower right hand side. Does this sound like what you experience? xx

Not sure. My back pain seems to change alot. Sometimes it feels as though it's my kidneys that are hurting but most of the time my pain is low down in the left buttock area. Did think it might be sciatica but have no leg pain.x
