Hi - I m not an expert but I would not think so. Menopause is controlled by hormones secreted by your endocrine system. Endometriosis is affected by oestrogen in your cycle rather than your cycle being affected by endo. They believe endo should die down/be suppressed after menopause, which is why they use drugs to simulate menopause, when the hormones are no longer feeding it so to speak.

Hi Mrs Booga , I recently had surgery to remove cyst ovary and tube and much endo , the follow up appointment with surgeon offered me zoladex implant and hrt , but as I am 53 ! I turned it down as in theory I may go into the menopause anyway , I can go back and have the treatment if I change my mind though so I have an option , I am hoping my body settles down now , as massive amounts of oestrogen have caused my problem , when this drops in theory symptoms of endo should reduce significantly , the drug therapy sounded worse than the possibility I May actually have a reasonable menopause , my periods have become irregular already , I had the op in feb this year , hope this helps you
