Yes I'm just like that I use lactulose and drink plenty of water.

Yes, I find cutting out grains really helped x

Yes I'm like this, when mri last year showed up bowel endo it made sense why feel blocked and inflamed down there

Yes, I had recto-vaginal endo. It's just been removed so this feels better than it did . I had a constant feeling of fullness
