Sigmoid and Colcoscopy are normal? Can it still be endo?

I had a hysterectomy a year ago for Adeno and fibroids. I had tests before (mri and laparoscopy) which was negative for endo. Not by a specialist though.My symptoms have returned - severe pelvic pain with bowel and bladder issues. I have private healthcare (Beneden) so have had a sigmoid and colcoscopy and both have come back normal? Is it possible to still have endo if these tests are clear? I'm waiting to see a bsge specialist.

Also cystoscopy came back normal despite having Endo on bladder x

absolutely definitely it can still be Endo.

I have very severe endo involving a lot of the bowel and have had a handful of colonoscopies and they’ve all come back completely clear.

Weird as I still get rear bleeding almost daily.

Thank you for your reply. I also have rectal bleeding a lot and have done for years x
