I’m new here & just looking for advice please. I’ve been suffering from lower Left side back pain & pain that feels it’s in my left kidney, the pain is now also gone into the top of my leg left side that makes it feel achy, I’ve also experienced like an electric shock type feeling during intercourse & whilst using the toilet but these have happened around 4 times in total so not a lot?, at times it feels like something is implanting/sticking to my pelvis & I get constipation & loose stools when it’s bad it feels like my kidney & pelvic are on fire. I also have periods that are 10-18 days long. I’ve had various tests for the pains & nothing has shown up, I’m now on the waiting list laparoscopy I’m just feeling a bit nervous & stupid if it is not endo, when I read stories everyone’s seems so much worse. Question is has anyone had any symptoms to mine also are you literally in pain every single day? I’ve been keeping a diary & I’ve noticed when I’m on my period the pains are worse some months more than others & around a week before I start my period I start to get twinges that build up. Codiene 30mg helps massively but makes me very drowsy & funny appetite. Thank you for any advice in advance

It is designed to check for common endometriosis symptoms and support you in seeking medical advice, to help identify symptoms to improve diagnosis times and access to treatment.
If you have endometriosis symptoms, a letter can be made for your GP.
Although this symptom checker identifies the common endometriosis symptoms, there are other symptoms with endometriosis. It is possible you still may have endometriosis if you do not suffer with the symptoms listed in this symptom checker.
The symptom checker is not suitable for those who already have a diagnosis of endometriosis. If you have any change in your symptoms then please discuss with your GP / healthcare provider.
