Is oramorph an option for you? I use it when it's too severe, hot water bottle, tramadol, Tens machine (auvon from amazon) a bath. Sending you love and hope your flare passes πŸ’›

Thank you so much! Oramorph gave me really bad constipation unfortunately. I'd have to take laxatives with it I think. So that is an option. The others are great ideas too. Thank you πŸ’œ

Yes i feel you there. I take it only as a last resort because it can take me upto 2week to go to bathroom after using. Hope your feeling better now x

Goodness! That's crazy! It's a brilliant pain relief though! Thank you so much. I hope you are well too xx

Try the following ;

Via GP - if suitable for you for pain Nortriptyline . Works on nerve pathways as Endo is predominantly nerve based pain as the tissue is nerve rich and without myelin sheath protection. Works at very low dose to reduce pain reflexes.

Curable App for centralised and general pain management

Heal Endo book by Katie Edmonds and her instagram feed of same

@leah.brueg instagram feed has podcast list . Hours discussion with DrAngie Muller on pelvic floor health invaluable information. Number 52 or 57 .

@corerecoverypt discussion and demo of Endo friendly pelvic floor work and realignment. Improves pain tolerance and overall well being . Gentle and self guidance.

My top pain care apart from all of above comes from Mediterranean diet, high quality Omega 3 oil with EPA/DHA at dose daily, 3-4 litres water daily, reservaterol and quercitin with bromelian .

Nutrition: anti-inflammatory and low histamine foods for the most part. Supplements: Omega 3, zinc and full spectrum magnesium. Movement: yoga stretching, pilates, mobility, strength training. Other: prioritising sleep, hot water bottle! Without scolding myself of course. I'm sharing whatever I find helpful on socials. If you're interested check my profile for more info :)
