paracetamol sounds like not strong enough, codiene or ibuprofen but I try not to take them too much as can make symptoms worse. Other than that ibs medication peppermint oil helps me x

I use oramorph to get a couple of days reprieve it's the only thing that helps me. I had to push the Dr for it though. 😕

I use to take naproxen and paracetamol together. Helps a little. I'm sorry about your pain. I've been there. It's the worst!

Kratom, not the pills but literally like 2 tablespoons and it's tastes like shit and makes everything else taste like shit so do yourself a favor dont ruin a drink you like because it'll always taste like kratom after you mix it in there. Just use water... hot water melts it down but it'll still taste like you're eating leaves... they have tinctures and they're super concentrated; so.... um... I dont reccomend them, i tried one time and i nodded out like a heroin addict.

Tramadol/codeine, naproxen and oramorph for last resort, hot water bottle and tens machine I also use like period patches or cooling gel. Hope u feel better soon

I have adenomyosis and during period at first whiff of pain I take mefananic acid and tranexamic acid, combined, taken regularly and early these help me. They were prescribed by GP. I hope you find some relief.
