Hi yes they can, there's a few side effects of having a hysterectomy. I opted not to have one and I'm currently on prostrap injections. Please feel free to ask me anything else. Hope you have a lovely day x🤗

Hi, yes I understand that women who have had hysterectomy can suffer from prolapse. However, there's no reason why you can't follow a gentle pelvic health programme following a hysterectomy to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. That's exactly what I have been doing sinc emy hysterectomy in 2022. My consultant said, 2 weeks after your operation start gentle pelvic floor work and do it every day for the rest of your life! Feel free to DM me if you'd like more info
