positive pregnancy urine and blood test - scan shows nothing there

today I went for my scan, and shows nothing embryo, sac or any signs of implantation.

appears that a cyst has given a false positive on both blood test and urine tests.

Urine test now showing negative and I’m concerned that I have expierenced a chemical pregnancy with all the symptoms as to a real one. Left pain with mild discomfort but no bleeding.

Has this happened to anyone else who has suspected endo and pcos? I don’t think I can mentally continue to go through this heart ache or pain anymore.
