Laproscopy but No diagnosis

I'm day 2 recovering from my diagnostic laproscopy where they found all to be healthy and normal and the only comment on my discharge notes were 'bowel appears full, try laxatives to see if improves symtpoms'🙄I've been in the same way with my bowels my whole life, constipated, then normal, then constipated again. One doctors tried to fob me off with IBS already, but it doesn't fit all of the symptoms.

I feel so down now that they've said nothings wrong but there must be something! I feel fortunate that I wasn't on the waiting list long for my laproscopy but really disheartened and like im a fraud! 😓
