I started my monthly yesterday and had a feeling iv never had before - It was like my cervix felt really heavy and the outside of my V felt like it was hanging out like something was there.Has anyone had similar to this?
I ended up sitting on the toilet for over half an hour in tears with a cold flannel

That sounds really scary. I have no personal experience of this, but a couple of people I know have explained their uterine prolapse as feeling like this. I would get an appointment with your GP and see what they say. Hope you can get some help x
Not a feeling iv had before so I couldn't help but cry. I read stories and there's people worse off than me I don't have the energy or any good days and I'm under no help and constantly calling my GP. The feeling has settled now but iv got a new feeling at the bottom of my stomach where my pain is my skin feels bruised and swollen inside. Thankyou for your reply x
I often feel like that. My main discomfort is in my cervix but I have deep infiltrating endo which is in the recto vaginal septum. They've told me I don't have a prolapse so I've put it down to that. That said I've booked in to see a private pelvic floor physio to get their opinion. Hoping you get some answers x
Thankyou. I have deep endo in my pouch of Douglas and uterosacral ligaments, im not under a consultant yet so it's listed down as a symptom. Hope you get some answers too x
This isn't going to help, but it's the only way I can describe it to people..Every single period it feels like captain Hook is up there, and he has hooked onto my cervix (because sharp pains) and is tugging down. It feels like my entire insides want to come out. I don't suffer from prolapse by the way- but I do fully empathise!! I get sharp pains like I am being scraped inside and a really heavy feeling. I am so sorry that you are also suffering. I have been to my GP and all he said was "ouch, that doesn't sound nice".
Hopefully you get a much more enthusiastic Nd nice doctor who can provide some great insight for you
Your description is kind of what I'm feeling. I don't think it's a prolapse either, I couldn't get to see GP but now my flow is lighter and the clots have stopped it's eased off. I suffer from severe constant pelvic pain where ovarys are kind of situated. It's wrote down as a symptom for when I finally get to see a consultant. Sending you love
