Hello
Well done you on your amazing achievement so far. I was in the same situation as you. I started doing exercises online at home. I followed a lady from improved health, she’s great. She does Eve from beginner to advanced and chair exercises aswell for those less mobile. You can email her for support and advice and she always comes back to you. She’s on YouTube might be worth a look. I showed my consultant I was doing something active to help and that’s why they agreed surgery. Good luck hope it goes well.
Hey, congrats on losing the 2 stone, that’s no mean feat. Have you tried seeing if you can see a dietician to advise you given that you’ve been asked to lose the weight by the nhs for the surgery? What diet or meal plan are you following currently?
Congrats on losing 2 stone thats amazing. Sorry to ask such a personal question but is there a specific weight you have to get to before they'll operate on you? I'm meeting my consultant in October and hoping we can set a date for surgery rather than continuing on Prostap, panicking now that she'll tell me I'm too heavy....
You’ve done incredibly well so huge pat on your back.
Worth having a look at fermented foods and improving gut function plus “human ordered “ amino acids to improve your liver processing. I also use milk thistle tincture -initially for a year and now in Autumn and Spring for a few weeks. I know some people swear by the Happy Mammoth Gut Reset but I haven’t tried it.
Us Endo peeps often struggle with a poorly functioning liver with all the hormone imbalances and that will also affect the activity of the thyroid hormones on your system . The end result is more weight when it goes unchecked. To help with pelvic congestion look at hypo pressive breathing @corerecoverypt . I found it immensely helpful pre and post surgery as well as helping my gut and bladder functions.
