Flare up during my periods.

For the last 2 months I have had very bad bowel flare up during my periods. I didn't know about this before. As I never experienced these symptoms. I feel endo has spread to my bowels. I had an ultrasound, which showed Endemetrioma on right ovary. That's how they told me this is endometriosis. I had to have a private MrI yesterday. as the doctors are not interested, I hope I get more clarity. My question is how do I stop the flare up during my periods? It was probably the worst pain I have ever experienced, and loose bowels. It's took me years for them to even say its endometriosis. Always tell me I have fibroids, and that's what is causing the pain. And that I should get the Mirena IUD to help.

Hi it really annoys me that they push the coil, I've been told i have fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis and a cyst, and was told outright by one gynecologist that i couldn't have a coil as it would be pushed out by the fibroids. I found giving up lactose and gluten helped me, so perhaps you could try this for a while. So sorry you're suffering so much, sending you a big hug 🤗❤️
