Hey Just looking for some advice I had an MRI and it showed focal uterine adenomyosis. I haven’t had an appointment with my gynaecologist yet ( it’s in a few weeks) so haven’t discussed any options. But I’m getting severe back pain wondering if this is related to adenomyosis.

I’m also don’t want a hysterectomy yet I had read about adenomyomectomy but again I’m just researching different options.

does anyone have any advice on how to relieve the back pain as it’s really bothering me I’m just constantly using a heat.
